Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Stuffed baked potatoes is a very easy recipe to prepare.

- 4 Russet medium potatoes (double the amounts
of the other ingredients if you use the big baking potatoes)
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups of shredded sharp (white) Cheddar cheese
- 2 heads of broccoli florets blanched in water with
- 1/2 pound of cooked crispy bacon (crumbled)
- 2 tbsp chives (chopped)
- ground black pepper (preferably fresh)
- salt (to taste)
First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Then, bake the potatoes by placing them on a baking
Pierce the potato with a fork, about five or six
times, then rub the potato with olive oil and season with
salt. Place carefully into the oven and bake for about one hour.
