5- Boil for about 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
6- While the potatoes are ready, cook the bacon in a skillet over low-medium heat until it is brown and crispy. When ready, remove the bacon from heat and crumble.
7- Then, when potatoes are ready, drain, peel and cut into small cubes.
8- Next, place potatoes in a separate bowl and add the regular onion, green onions, sour cream, mayonnaise and bacon.
9- Season with some salt to taste.
10- Finally, combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
