Crunchy Roasted Potatoes

  • 5 Russet potatoes (peeled, cut in wedges or cubes)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (204°C).

  2. Then, place the potatoes on a baking dish.

  3. Add some salt and pepper.

  4. Now pour the olive oil, add the Italian herbs seasoning and the garlic powder.

  5. Then with a wooden salad fork (or something similar) mix the potatoes.

  6. Put the potatoes in the oven and bake until they turn golden (around 40 minutes).

The crunchy roasted potatoes only require a few ingredients for its preparation. They can be acquired very easily since the vast majority of them are normally present on a traditional kitchen. First are the Russet potatoes which are ideal for the recipe.
