Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes

  • 10 red potatoes (medium size)
  • 1/2 cup of ham (sliced)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • paprika (to taste)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Peel the potatoes and cut in slices.

  2. Then, add half of the following: ham, onion, potatoes and the cheese.

  3. Next, add the salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Add the rest of the ham, onion, potatoes and cheese.

  5. Now add the cream of mushroom soup. Do not dilute the soup.

  6. Finally, add the paprika.

  7. Cook on low heat for about 8 hours.
