Potatoes are rich in nutrients. They are a good source of vitamins and have minerals like potassium, needed for the health of the body as well.



Some nutritional facts about potatoes are that they contain the following: Riboflavin, Potassium, Vitamin C, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Magnesium, Copper, Phosphorus, Pantothenic acid, Carbohydrates, and Fiber.

It's also good to know that potatoes are really delicious and have no cholesterol.
