Want to make potato salad snowman

I have done this but it always is too wet to stand up. What can you suggest?

A potato salad snowman is a very creative idea for Christmas. It would be easier to make a stand up snowman using mashed potatoes.

But if you want to make a potato salad snowman,

Here are a few suggestions for you:

-Prepare the potato salad the night before. This will help the potatoes to cool and harden a little bit in the fridge so that next day you can give the potato salad the snowman shape and it will not fall apart so easily.

- Another idea: instead of a "stand up" snowman, try a "lie down" snowman. It think it will be even easier to prepare and it will taste great, too!
