Sour Cream
Potato Salad
The sour cream potato salad recipe is very tasty. The ingredients are
easy to find.
You will need potatoes, salt, pepper, mayonnaise,
onion, bacon, sour cream, hard boiled eggs, and celery, if you like,
mustard. This recipe of is great as a side dish, too.

Ingredients:

or 6 medium potatoes
- 1
onion (small, chopped)
- 1/2
cup celery (chopped)
- 3
hard boiled eggs
- 3/4
cup sour cream
- 1/4
cup mayonnaise
- 4
slices bacon
- 1
tbsp mustard (optional)
- salt
and pepper to taste
- First, rinse potatoes and remove any green or
dark spot. Cut potatoes in halves. Place potatoes into a large pot, and
cover with salted water. Bring to a boil for about 25 to 30
minutes or until tender.
- While potatoes are ready, cook the bacon in a
skillet over low-medium heat until it is brown and crispy. When ready,
remove the bacon from heat and crumble.
- Then, when potatoes are ready, drain, peel and
cut into small cubes.
- Next, place potatoes in a separate bowl and add
onion, celery, hard boiled eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, and bacon.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you want, add mustard.
- Finally, combine all ingredients and
refrigerate.
