Do you have something like a seasonal chart that will tell me when each type of potato is in season and when it is not.

There are thousands of potato varieties. The russet potato is one of the most used potato type.

The following chart shows, approximately, when potatoes are in season :

Type of potato

New potatoes - From May to July

Red, Yellow, and
Russet potatoes - From July to December

White Potatoes - From July to December
