Ingredients:
1 pound red potatoes
(cut in cubes)
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 to 5 sprigs rosemary
- First, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Then, place the potatoes a large roasting pan.
- Next, drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and season
with salt and pepper to taste.
- Now, be sure to carefully remove the stems from rosemary
and sprinkle them over the potatoes. Cover the roasting pan with foil and
place it in the oven.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, remove foil, and bake for
another 15 minutes until potatoes turn brown.
