Roasted Red Potatoes

 

 

The roasted red potatoes recipe is really easy to prepare. It is great for a side dish.  Take a look at the recipe below.

 

Here is the recipe :

Preparation Time :  10 minutes

Cooking Time :      1 hour

    4 servings

 

Ingredients:

1 pound red potatoes (cut in cubes)
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
3 to 5 sprigs rosemary


 
 
  • First, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

 

  • Then, place the potatoes a large roasting pan.
  • Next, drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

  • Now, be sure to carefully remove the stems from rosemary and sprinkle them over the potatoes. Cover the roasting pan with foil and place it in the oven.

 

  • Bake for about 45 minutes, remove foil, and bake for another 15 minutes until potatoes turn brown.
