Roasted Red Potatoes

One simple recipe that will make you lick your fingers is the roasted red potatoes. They are easy to prepare and their taste makes them worth to be part of any meal. The red type of potatoes is pretty good for roasting due to their low starch content. They are a bit different from Russets as their texture is not as soft. Roasted red potatoes can be cooked in many ways. You can cut them in different shapes, make them crunchy or soft and add flavor with all kinds of seasoning herbs. In this recipe you will see one of several approaches you can use to prepare this scrumptious potato dish.
