Roasted Potatoes with Onions

 

 

Roasted potatoes with onions is a very easy recipe to prepare and cook. Perfect when you want to eat something delicious and also healthy.

 Here is the recipe below:

 

Preparation Time :   10 minutes

Cooking Time : 30 minutes

   4 to 6 servings

 

Ingredients:
 

2 pounds potatoes (peeled, cut in quarters) *(Yukon Gold potatoes are a good choice for this recipe)*
 

Salt and ground black pepper to taste
 

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
 

2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves

1 or 2 small onions (finely chopped) (optional)

 

 

 

  • First, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

 

  • Then, place the potatoes on a roasting pan or baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

 

  • Next, drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the parsley, onions, and toss the potatoes to coat.

 

  • Roast potatoes in the oven (until they are golden and crispy on the outside, and tender and cooked through on the inside) for about 30 minutes.
