Roasted Baby Potatoes

What a great recipe using baby potatoes! 

The roasted baby potatoes recipe is really easy to prepare. 

 

It is great for a side dish. Take a look at the recipe below.

 

Here is the recipe:

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 1 hour

4 servings

 

Ingredients:

1 pound red potatoes (baby potatoes)
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon Italian Herbs seasoning 
 

 


  • First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 
  • Then, place the potatoes into a large bowl. In a separate, small bowl, mix the herbs, garlic, and oil together until blended, and then pour over the potatoes. 
  • Next, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat. 
  • Place the potatoes into a large roasting pan or baking dish, spacing them evenly apart. 
  • Roast the potatoes until they are tender and golden, turning them occasionally, for 1 hour. 
  • *Optional* When ready, drizzle the roasted potatoes with more olive oil and more Italian Herbs seasoning, if desired.
