Red Potato Salad Recipe
The red potato salad recipe is very popular these days. The ingredients
are very easy to find.
You will need mayonnaise, white vinegar, salt,
ground pepper, sugar, one green bell pepper, onion, olive
oil, red potatoes, and, if you like, Dijon mustard. This recipe of is
great as a side dish, too. And it takes only a few minutes to prepare.
- 7 red potatoes
- 1/2 cup regular mayonnaise (or vegan mayonnaise)
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (minced)
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
First, rinse the red potatoes very well and be sure
that potatoes don't have any green spots.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover them with water.
Boil them for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
