Microwave Sweet Potatoes

Wondering how to cook microwave sweet potatoes? Actually, is very simple. This recipe is very easy to prepare. We all know that cooking using a microwave saves you time in the kitchen. If you can bake potatoes using a microwave, why can't we bake sweet potatoes? :)

Ingredients:

2 medium sweet potatoes

Optional: (For Topping)

2 tbsp sour cream

bacon or diced ham

1tbsp margarine or butter.

• First, wash sweet potatoes under running water. Poke sweet potatoes a few times with a fork.
• Next, place on paper towel on a microwave-safe dish.
• Then, cook on high for about 5 minutes for the first potato, and then 2 to 3 minutes for each additional sweet potato.
• When ready, let stand 1 or 2 minutes. Turn over potatoes halfway through cooking and add your favorite toppings.
