Jalapeno Potatoes (Salad)

 
What about trying this great salad recipe: Jalapeno potatoes. It's not only delicious, but believe it or not, it gives a twist to the traditional potato salad.

 

 

 

The combination between spicy and potatoes. 

Here is the recipe below:

 

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 1 hour  25 minutes

6 to 8 servings

 

 

Ingredients:

 2 pounds russet potatoes (peeled)
 2 tablespoons diced jalapenos
 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning
 6 dashes Tabasco chipotle pepper sauce 
 1 scallion (chopped)
 salt to taste

  

  • First, cut potatoes in small pieces and boil for about 20 to 25 minutes. Add a little bit of salt before the potatoes begin to boil.

 

  • When ready, remove potatoes from heat and drain.

 

  • Then, in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

 

  • Finally, cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

 

  • Serve chilled.
