Potatoes come in different shapes, sizes, colors, and textures. There are thousands of potato varieties.



To be precise, there are between 3,000 to 4,000 (yes, between three and four thousand) varieties of potatoes.

I didn't imagine that there would be so many varieties of potatoes. I always thought there would be only like 10 to 20 types.
