Crunchy Roast Potatoes

The crunchy roast potatoes recipe is really easy to prepare. It just requires a few simple ingredients that are in your home. And it is also healthy.

 

 

 

The crunchy potatoes are healthy and quite simple to cook.  

Here is the recipe:


Preparation Time:  12 minutes

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

4 to 6 servings

crunchy roast potatoes

Ingredients:

 2 pounds  potatoes  (peeled, cut in quarters)
 salt and pepper (to taste)
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 2 tablespoons  parsley (chopped)

 

  • First, pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Then, place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.  (Also, you can add a little of Italian Herbs seasoning). Now, drizzle the olive oil and add the parsley. Then, toss the potatoes.

  • Put the potatoes in the oven until they turn golden and crispy for about 30 minutes.
