Ingredients:
2 pounds potatoes (peeled, cut in quarters)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- First, pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Then, place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper
to taste. (Also, you can add a little of Italian Herbs seasoning).
Now, drizzle the
olive oil and add the parsley. Then, toss the potatoes.
- Put the potatoes in the
oven until they turn golden and crispy for about 30 minutes.
