Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes

Potatoes and cheese are definitely a great combination. This recipe of crockpot cheesy potatoes is very simple. It takes only about 15 minutes to prepare. And it is healthy and very tasty, too.

 

 

 

 

Using a slower cooker saves you time in the kitchen because you can cook a complete, healthy meal using only a crock pot.

 

Preparation Time :    15 minutes

Cooking Time :        about 6 1/2 to 7 hours 

   

 

Ingredients:

 8 ounces of Velveeta cheese (cut in cubes)
 8 ounces of sour cream
 1/2 cup of onions (chopped)
 8 red potatoes
 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

 

 

  • Rinse the potatoes under running water. Peel the potatoes and cut in slices.

 

  • Add the potatoes to the crock pot, and then mix with the rest of the ingredients.

 

  • Cook the potatoes on low heat until tender. (about 7 hours)
