crockpot cheesy potatoes is very simple. It takes only about 15 minutes
to prepare.

Ingredients:
8 ounces of Velveeta cheese (cut
in cubes)
8 ounces of sour cream
1/2 cup of onions (chopped)
8 red potatoes
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Rinse the
potatoes under running water. Peel the potatoes and cut in slices.
Add the
potatoes to the crock pot, and then mix with the rest of the
ingredients.
Cook the
potatoes on low heat until tender. (about 7 hours)
