Chili Baked Potatoes

  Chili baked potatoes is one of the easiest recipes to cook.

 

 

 

Perfect when you want to eat something delicious with just a few ingredients. Here is the recipe below:

 

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 1 hour and 40 minutes

4  servings

 

Ingredients:

 4 large sized potatoes
 1 (15 ounce) can of chili beans (do not drain)
 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
 Salt and pepper to taste
 Sour Cream (For Topping)

  • Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.

  • Rinse the potatoes under running water, pierce the potatoes with a fork, about six or seven times, rub the potatoes with olive oil and season them with salt.

  • Bake potatoes about  1 1/2 hours or until tender.

  • With a knife, carefully open the potato.
    Meanwhile, heat chili beans in a saucepan over medium heat until hot.
     
  • When chili beans are ready, just add them to the potatoes.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
     
  • Finally, add the sour cream on top. (Optional)
