Chili Baked Potatoes

recipe below:

Ingredients:
4 large sized potatoes
1 (15 ounce) can of chili beans (do not drain)
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour Cream (For Topping)
- Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.
- Rinse the potatoes under running water, pierce the potatoes with a fork,
about six or seven times, rub the potatoes with olive oil and season them
with salt.
- Bake potatoes about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
- With a knife, carefully open the potato.
Meanwhile, heat chili beans in a saucepan over medium heat until hot.
- When chili beans are ready, just add them to the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Finally, add the sour cream on top. (Optional)
