Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Cheesy scalloped potatoes is one of the easiest and one of the most delicious recipes to cook.

 

 

 

Adequate for any occasion. 

Perfect when you want to eat something delicious with just a few ingredients. 

Here is the recipe below:

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes

4 to 6 servings

 

Ingredients:

 4 medium potatoes  (thinly sliced)

 1 small onion  (thinly sliced)

 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

 salt and pepper to taste

 1 can (10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery        soup)

 1 (10 ounce) can of water

 

 

  • First, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Then, grease a baking dish. (9x9)

  • Next, place the potatoes (in layers), then the onion, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

  • Now, mix the soup and the water and pour over casserole.

  • Finally, bake at 350 F for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  • Easy, isn't it?
