Cheesy scalloped potatoes is one of the easiest and one of
the most delicious recipes to cook.

Ingredients:

medium potatoes
(thinly sliced)

small onion
(thinly sliced)

cups grated
cheddar cheese
salt
and pepper to taste
1 can
(10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup (or
cream of
celery
soup)
1 (10
ounce) can of water
- First, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Then, grease a baking dish. (9x9)
- Next, place the potatoes (in layers), then the
onion, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- Now, mix the soup and the water and pour over
casserole.
- Finally, bake at 350 F for about 1 hour and 30
minutes or until potatoes are tender.
