Ingredients:
10 oz cauliflower
florets
2 pounds potatoes
(peeled and diced)
3 cloves garlic
(minced)
1 Tablespoon butter
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
(shredded)
Salt
and pepper to taste (optional)
- First, put cauliflower florets and diced potatoes in a large
saucepan. Cover them with water.
- Then, boil and cook for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are
tender.
- Next, drain the vegetables, and return vegetables to the saucepan.
- Now, add garlic, butter, milk, and cheese. If you want, you can
add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Finally, mash all the ingredients. If you want a softer
consistency, just add one or 2 tablespoons of milk.
