The baked sweet potato recipes are healthy and versatile since these

Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
4 medium sweet
potatoes (washed)
butter
5 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Puncture sweet potatoes with a thin bladed
knife or a fork.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until tender.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a dry container.
- Cut a 1 and a half inch X in the center of each
sweet potato.
- Using a potholder hold each one and gently
press upward until the flesh bursts through the X.
- Top with a bit of butter and a tablespoon of
the brown sugar and cinnamon mix.
Trying new recipes can be fun and is a great way to start off
the season.
