Are there any kind of potatoes with not starch?

Answer:

Hello J Dosal,

There are some potato varieties with a low starch content, also called waxy potatoes.

Low starch potatoes are great for salads, boiling, soups, and mashing. Some varieties with low starch are red, white and fingerling potatoes.
